Salary: £38,000+ per annum + up to 32% bonus

- Highly skilled Head Baker with extensive experience in a premium restaurant or bakery environment
- Inspiring people leader who can develop and engage their team to deliver world class dishes and experiences for our guests
- Strong communicator who leads by example with professionalism and integrity
- Excellent coach and mentor to bakers of all levels
- Passion for brand standards and commitment to excellence
- Strong kitchen management experience – including GP, health and safety, labour and rota's, allergens, equipment maintenance and auditing
