Join our dynamic Risk Management Services Team in an exciting new role where you'll take charge of managing relationships with our 3rd party suppliers. This is your chance to make a significant impact and drive success in a crucial area of our operations.

This is a relationship manager role that requires managing 3rd party supplier relationships, centred around the Risk Management Services Consultancy proposition for a variety of specialist services including Cyber Risk Consultancy, Business Continuity, HR, and Occupational Health, ESG Consultancy.

You'll manage 3rd party suppliers in relation to service and quality as well as performance managing the suppliers, and agreeing on sales targets for the suppliers, sales team, and our self-employed agents.

The role involves leading and acting on the performance and activities of RMS 3rd party suppliers in line with SLAs, terms and conditions, and NFU Mutual Guiding Principles to ensure they deliver both growth and profit. Working closely with the suppliers, you will monitor market developments and changes in customers needs in order to enhance and update the services that are available.

Additionally, the role requires developing all key RMS 3rd party supplier relationships to deliver and report on customer satisfaction and quality standards for the services provided. Designing a robust customer satisfaction and feedback strategy is also a key responsibility. Furthermore, the role involves managing strong and effective relationships between 3rd party suppliers and internal departments, agents, and customers.

This is a field-based role where you will be required to travel approximately 2/3 days per week. You will also be required to attend meetings at Head Office in Stratford Upon Avon.

About you

As a highly experienced Relationship Manager, you'll bring a wealth of expertise in supplier management and vendor management. You'll have a proven track record in negotiating with 3rd party suppliers and proposition management and development.

As a creative thinker, you'll excel in creating innovative solutions and have successfully led and managed 3rd party suppliers to drive performance and ensure the maintenance of contract terms.

Your extensive experience in supplier chain management and managing contracts will have equipped you with the skills to implement significant change initiatives effectively.

You'll possess strong stakeholder management abilities and have demonstrated successful leadership in various projects. Your strong communication skills, both written and verbal, will enable you to engage effectively at all levels, ensuring clear and concise interactions with all stakeholders.
