Talent Acquisition Partner (12-Month FTC) – £40,000 + Hybrid (East Midlands)
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role is based in the East Midlands, with fully flexible hybrid working.
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll play a key role in attracting, sourcing, and selecting top talent to meet business needs. You'll collaborate with hiring managers, provide expert recruitment advice, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and build effective hiring strategies.
- Source high-quality candidates using a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure the best fit for the organisation.
- Provide guidance on recruitment best practices and market insights.
- Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Support diversity and inclusion initiatives within recruitment.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in a Talent Acquisition or Recruitment role.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies across various functions.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive, results-driven approach to sourcing and selection.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.

Salary: £40,000 pro rata
Contract: 12-month fixed-term
