Thera Trust is currently recruiting for a Management Accountant to join our Finance team.
About the Management Accountant role:
- Be accountable to the Senior Management Accountant for delivery of the draft management accounts on a monthly basis.
- Deliver a comprehensive budgetary, management, finance and business support service to relevant subsidiaries within the Thera Group.
- In line with Thera's strategic direction, work with Directors and Senior Managers to plan for, stimulate, create and deliver on new developments within the relevant subsidiaries
- Monitor and advise Directors and Senior Managers on the financial performance of the relevant subsidiaries.
- To work alongside subsidiary management teams in any review or investigation into financial management of the subsidiary.

We are looking for a Management Accountant to join the team with the following skills and experience:
- Must be a qualified Accountant with AAT or part qualified / working towards CIMA or ACCA
- Be confident working under pressure
- Experienced working collaboratively with senior stakeholders and operational staff
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Be able to interpret complex written and numerical information and summarize in a way that is easily accessible
- Experienced working with statutory accounts, external audits and group reporting
