After lots of success, this company are now seeking a Project Manager / Traffic Manager to join the team and streamline the entire creative production process. This essential role is pivotal to ensuring the day-to-day operations run smoothly.
Do you have experience of managing creative workflows within a digital agency? Do you enjoy collaborating with Directors, Designers, Developers and Account managers to make sure that client expectations are constantly met and surpassed? This could be the job for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full production lifecycle for creative projects like digital campaigns, video content, websites, and more.
- Create and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to optimise workflow and ensure timely deliveries.
- Coordinate efforts across departments (creative, digital, and client services) to meet objectives and hit project milestones.
- Encourage teamwork, ensure smooth communication, and manage quality checks, revisions, and approvals across projects.
- Manage studio resources and work with freelancers, contractors, and external vendors when necessary to meet production demands.
- Collaborate with the client services team to interpret project briefs, plan team schedules, and provide consistent progress updates.
- Track team performance, monitor client retainers, and keep stakeholders informed to guarantee projects stay on track and within budget.
Essential Requirements:
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing strategies and content production across motion, animation, web design and development.
- Strong proven experience within a similar role
- A natural leader with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise in a deadline driven environment
- Strong skills with a project management software
- Experienced with delivering both creative and digital projects
- Experience using google workspace, Jira and Atlassian Tools
- Genuinely passionate about tech
