Elevation Recruitment Group, Business Support Division are recruiting for a Customer Journey Manager, responsible for designing, implementing, and optimising our customers' experiences across all touchpoints. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and cohesive journey that delights our customers and drives loyalty and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and execute strategies to enhance customer experiences, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and goals.
- Utilise customer data and feedback to identify pain points, opportunities, and trends to inform journey improvements.
- Work with marketing, sales, product development, and customer service teams to ensure a unified approach to customer experience.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of customer journey initiatives and make data-driven adjustments.
- Act as the voice of the customer within the company, advocating for changes that will enhance the overall customer experience.
- Stay current with industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our customer journey processes.
Requirements:
- Experience in customer journey management, customer experience, or a related role.
