Loriens leading Public Sector client is looking for an Ad - Hoc HR Consultant on a contract basis working inside IR35.
Essential Skills
- CIPD qualified.
- Experience of successfully navigating and providing sound advice in relation to complex HR issues.
- Ability to operate autonomously without pre-established HR policies in place.
- Able to quickly gain the trust of senior stakeholders due to the credibility of HR advice provided.
- Experienced in, and a sound understanding of:
- Dispute resolution, disciplinaries and grievances;
- Settlements;
- TUPE;
- Employment law.
