We are supporting a company based in Colchester who are recruiting for a Business Development Manager. This is a full time position paying up to £27,000 with an additional bonus based on teams commission. This position has a rota pattern covering early and late shifts, the hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm and 11am to 8pm. 1 in 3 Saturdays are required with time in lieu returned the following week.

Duties include:
- Conducting regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and return-to-work meetings
- Motivate and enhance team performance through training and development
- Drive the sales process, ensuring growth and retention
- Build and maintain relationships with other managers and regional teams
- Deliver new starter inductions and act as a role model for the team
- Ensure timely completion of administration tasks
