Locum Team Manager - Independent Fostering Agency
£38 - £45 per hour
NonStop Care is working with one of the national fostering providers in order to help them find a Fostering Team Manager who can join their West Midlands branch. This is an ongoing contract role, offering you stability.
Responsibilities:
The Fostering Team Manager will work closely with the Registered Fostering Manager and will oversee a team of about 4 Supervising Social Workers, a therapist and a few admin workers.
You will be part of a good working environment. They have a Good Ofsted rating, they are a therapeutic independent fostering agency and they have a very good reputation.
They also offer hybrid working, allowing you to work from home 2 days per week and have a good work - life balance.

Requirements:
Please apply if you are a Team Manager and if you have experience in working within a fostering setting. You must have a Social Work qualification, be registered with Social Work England and have a driving license.
