£70-90,000 plus 10%

Are you a well-experienced Payroll professional with an extensive bureau background? A leading professional services firm is seeking an Associate Payroll Director to join their growing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Split focus between operations excellence and department growth.
  • Lead and grow the domestic and off-shore payroll delivery team.
  • Manage a diverse team of payroll professionals.
  • Develop new client relationships and expand existing ones.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and processes.
  • Contribute to business strategy and its execution.
  • Support payroll consulting projects.
  • Participate in client seminars and marketing initiatives.
  • Mentor and develop team members.

Ideal Candidate:

  • CIPP qualified or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent UK domestic and expatriate payroll knowledge.
  • Experience in managing payroll operations in professional services or large bureaus.
  • Strong technical and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Team player with leadership potential.
