Experience: previous experience as a paralegal or similar, in Private Client would be advantageous but not essential
My client has grown to be one of the Midlands leading law firms serving both businesses and individuals.
Having established themselves over the past few years they are keen to appoint a driven and professional Private Client Paralegal that is keen to make an impact and develop as the business grows.
The team is rated in both the Legal 500 and Chambers High Net worth Guide and will offer excellent support and development with opportunity for career progression.
Primary responsibilities will include:
- You will be working alongside a close knit experienced team of Private Client fee earners assisting with drafting Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection applications.
- The team also deal with a large volume of probate cases and trust matters and you will be required to assist with the progression of these files.
- You will have regular contact with clients and so the ideal candidate will need to be confident and friendly with a positive 'can do' attitude.
