IT Security Engineer required by a leading well-known company based in Stafford.
This is a hybrid role involving at least 1 day a week in the office. There is an expectation to spend more time in the office initially whilst getting settled into the company.
Someone with a strong technical background in systems administration and cloud security (ISO 27001) with proficiency in O365 tools would be a good fit for this position.
Experience required:
- Security Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or similar
- Expert Cyber Security knowledge - Principals, technologies and best practices
- Experience in managing a third-party SOC function
- Knowledge of SIEM Platforms
- Proven experience in leading incident response efforts, coordinating with relevant stakeholders, and minimising the impact of cybersecurity incidents.
- Strong communication skills.
