We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join a leading New Homes developer, known for creating exceptional residential communities in North Yorkshire.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales of new homes through effective strategies and customer engagement, meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Build and maintain relationships with potential buyers, providing them with expert guidance throughout the purchasing process.
Conduct site visits and property viewings, showcasing the unique features and benefits of our developments.
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies and pricing.
Prepare and manage sales documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
Work closely with marketing, construction, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Assist in organising promotional events, open houses, and exhibitions to attract potential buyers.
Qualifications
Proven experience in new homes sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation skills and a customer-centric approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of the Yorkshire property market is preferred.
Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.
Remuneration
£35,000 basic and excellent commission + bonus structure (£60k OTE)
