Job Overview:
Axon Moore is delighted to be working with an award winning and one of the fastest Tech companies in the UK. This role will be required for a 3-6 month period (potentially longer), reporting into the Senior Management Accountant and will offer exposure to wider finance duties. Interviewing asap with immediate start!
Daily Duties:
- Own the purchase ledger process from end-to-end.
- Input bank transactions, posting bank transactions and reporting cash balances.
- Reconcile daily sales data against payments received.
- Assisting with month end procedures and reconciliations, adhering to strict deadlines.
- Provide cover and support within wider finance team.
- Query resolution engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
- Complete ad-hoc work as assigned.
Person Specification:
- Experience in a similar role.
- Acturis & Xero experience would be desirable.
- Exceptional time management and verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Excel
- Professional manner and a strong ethical code.
- Ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive.
- Commitment to working efficiently and accurately.
- Confident communicator & great attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills and a real passion for improving performance & proving support to wider team when required.
