Customer Service Executive

A leading online retailer is expanding and seeking two Customer Service Executives to join their team. If you have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, enjoy working collaboratively, and are eager to become an expert in a diverse product range, they want to hear from you!

The Customer Service Executive Role:

  • Respond to customer queries via email, telephone, and occasionally face-to-face.
  • Accurately process website orders using our online portal.
  • Manage bespoke fabric orders, acting as the primary point of contact and keeping customers updated throughout the testing and manufacturing process.
  • Oversee the customer returns process, including product inspections, completing related administrative tasks, and maintaining customer communication.
  • Assist with processing sample requests when required, including collating and packaging items for postal dispatch.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Tuesday: 8 am - 5:30 pm
  • Wednesday to Thursday: 9 am - 5:30 pm
  • Friday: 9 am - 3:30 pm

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in delivering excellent customer service via telephone and email.
  • Exceptional spelling, grammar, and literacy skills, with a strong emphasis on written communication.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and basic Excel.
  • A positive, can-do attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Location:

Applicants must have their own transport due to the rural location of the office and limited public transport options. Their modern offices are situated in Bottesford, in the beautiful Vale of Belvoir, a 10-minute drive from Bingham and a 20-minute drive from Grantham and Newark. The area is surrounded by charming village shops, supermarkets, cafes, and other amenities.

Salary & Benefits You'll Receive As Customer Service Executive:

  • Salary: £23,000 - £25,000, dependent on experience.
  • Holidays: 20 days plus public holidays, with an increase after two years of service.
  • Annual shutdown over Christmas.
