Executive Assistant - Real Estate Family Office - OUR CLIENT is one of the country's most successful private property companies, and this Executive Assistant role offers a rare opportunity to 'shadow' and assist one of the key Directors (family members). Whilst this role will initially encompass some of the trappings of a traditional EA (with full organisational responsibilities), it will also offer a rare opportunity to understudy a successful real estate entrepreneur in business and international acquisitions / US interests, as well as analysing and crunching numbers.

THE ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES for the Executive Assistant role:

  • The Executive Assistant will offer a diverse array of responsibilities including commercial analysis and financial administration.
  • Understudy and support the Director on a range of international property deals both pre- and post-acquisition and assist in running the numbers and arriving at IRRs, etc.
  • Overseeing and reviewing property refurbishment costs and expenses.
  • Assuming full diary and travel responsibilities.
  • Running and maintaining personal itineraries, private engagements, etc.
  • Monitoring and overseeing personal expenses, fees and private property expenses.
  • Attending engagements and running errands as necessary.
  • Analysing and crunching numbers

THE PERSON requirements for the Executive Assistant are:

  • You should have relevant transferable experience in operations or finance within a real estate environment.
  • You should be able to demonstrate going the extra mile in personal life or at work.
  • You should be an energetic and bright commercial professional with an appetite for learning and development.
  • You will be numerate - ideally with an accompanying degree or similar.
  • You will have an eye for detail and be highly organised and committed.
  • You will be an excellent communicator.
