Claims Administrator
We are currently recruiting for people with claims experience to work on a hybrid basis in the centre of Newcastle under Lyme.
Where: Hybrid with our Newcastle under Lyme office, ST5 (3 days office based, 2 days from home)
When: Monday - Friday, 7.5 hours per day, with a 1-hour lunch, 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £22,500 - £24,000 (depending on experience)

What you will be doing:
- Owning a caseload of insurance claims across a multi-client team
- Managing all aspects of the claim from start to finish
- Being available to field calls from customers, clients and suppliers.
- Being responsible for the pivotal part of the customer journey regarding their insurance claim
- Engaging with clients, customers, and suppliers which includes email, phone, and our bespoke messaging service
What we need from you:
- Previous claims experience
- Good IT skills with the ability to use multiple systems (Microsoft, bespoke packages)
- Good communication skills
- Good organisation skills
- Good customer service skills
- MUST HAVE PROPERTY OR CLAIMS EXPERIENCE
