The role of Internal Sales is working in a sales department, closely working with customers on the phone, via email maximising sales opportunities.
We are looking for someone with initiative, determination and self-motivation who enjoys dealing with people and understands the nature of working within a team.
This is a full-time office based role in Salford, Manchester.
What your role will look like:
Promote, sell, and advise customers on compatible products and services.
Liaise confidently with existing and new customers, over the phone and email.
Regular communication with customers and support with orders and enquiries.
Order processing, check availability of products, pricing, and discounts.
What will you need to bring to the role?
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and data entry systems
Able to deliver an excellent customer service experience.
Enthusiasm to develop a career with the company.
