HR Advisor

We are recruiting a HR Advisor role in a business that will offer great benefits and career development! The role will provide effective HR Advisory and administration to the business; assisting the HR People Manager in delivering the HR strategy.

Duties include:

  • Support, develop, and coach managers in matters of employee relations, including disciplinary and grievance issues, working with the Trade Union.
  • Providing guidance on HR policies and processes.
  • Supervise and oversee all matters related to the administration of employment records and related documents.
  • Supporting with HR Projects.
  • Delivery of induction training for new starters.
  • Assist with all aspects of recruitment and selection on site.
  • Primary contact for managers and employees across all people matters.
  • Maintaining data and management of the HRIS.
  • MI Reporting.

Skills Requirements:

  • Experience within a HR role, HR Advisory or Officer, within a busy working environment
  • Excellent understanding of employment law
  • Good understanding of employee relation matters
  • Exposure to Unions and TUPE
  • HR operational experience
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
