Recruit UK is working with a firm in Northampton looking for an IFA administrator/junior paraplanner to join the team. The firm takes pride in ensuring everything they do is with the client at the center. They make the process simple by removing any technical jargon, and ensuring their clients have a prosperous future.
This role will initially focus on administrative tasks; however, the firm will provide a clear development plan to increase your exposure to more technical competencies. The firm are passionate about nurturing talent from within, supporting with exams, investing in their staff and can potentially offerprogression into financial advice for the right candidate.

Skills and experience required:
- 2 + years of experience working as an IFA Administrator
- Started studying towards Level 4 Diploma
- Highly organised
