The Opportunity
If you're an experienced Assistant Accountant / Accounts Supervisor who loves to role their sleeves up in a fast paced environment that offers extra responsibility, this could be for you. BUT.... You need to be available to start by 1st Sept. This is an urgent need with a company that has been let down.
The Role
You'll be working in a team of 3, bridging a gap between junior assistants and FD, reporting to and working closely with the FD/MD whilst being an escalation point for the day to day. Duties will encompass being hands on in Purchase Ledger & Reconciliation (a good chunk of the role) mainly with some Receivables, Cashbook and overall, all round bookkeeping / accounts transaction management support.
The Candidate
We're looking to draw interest from applicants who demonstrate a sound accounting knowledge. preferred is experience in all of the above with a good grounding in accounting fundamentals, and be adept with all aspects of Accounts Payable, Receivable & Reconciliation. As long as you meet this, are system savvy (Sage Line 50 also a big plus but not essential) with Excel (Pivot Table, Look Up level).
You'll also need to be confident, agile and adaptable, a true team player.
