We are currently working with a fantastic school who are an 11-18 local authority, mixed comprehensive with outstanding facilities and a successful sixth form. They are excited to offer an opportunity for a School Administrator to join their dedicated team and train alongside the Cover Manager to learn the role. The team are extremely supportive and welcoming.
Your will:
- Have experience in school admin or similar roles and be flexible to learning a new skill
- Experience with SIMS, Bromcom or similar applications to run data searches
- Support the Cover Manager in allocating staff to the right place across the school
- Liase with agencies as required to book in additional supply support
This role is a temporary role to start asap. This role is subject to a clear DBS. Please note you will need right to work in the UK to be considered for this post.
Hours: 7am-12pm (possibly to 3pm) , 5 days a week
