KEY DUTIES
- Provide front line support for Tier 1 & 2 customers
- Manage Customer orders with the Internal
Team and ensure updates are provided
- Support the creation/updates of standard best in class for all demand planning processes.
- Review statistical forecasts for all products and markets
- Provide support for Tier 1 meetings (data collation, meeting minutes etc)
- Develop and introduce effective processes & Tools to drive forecast generation and demand management for the Portfolio
- Ensures market/sales intelligence data added to the statistical forecasts is substantiated by business expectations and reconciled to overall business plans
- Works closely with regional/country marketing managers and other stakeholders to understand the requirements of new product introductions
- Provides planning inputs to country product phase-in/phase-out plans
- Manages country supply plan that meets anticipated customer demand at optimal inventory level
- Manages exposure to excess and obsolete stocks.
- Manage customer documentation requirement
- Communicating and coordinating supply issues with country management; draws up a joint action and contingency plan for the resolutions of such issues
- Provide key insights into the budgetary cycle and latest financial outlook
PERSONAL SPECIFICATION
- Previous Supply Chain experience advantageous
- Excellent spoken and written communication
- Planning and organisation
- Problem-solving
- Interpersonal skills, relationship building with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work under pressure in a progressive and changing environment
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft packages, Intermediate/Advanced Excel level
- Sound knowledge of SAP or similar ERP system is desirable
