The business coordinator role will work within our esteemed administration team supporting the day-to-day general administration activities for business leaders.

Could you be part of our team?

The successful applicant will be/have...

  • Demonstrable experience working in Business Administration and of day-to-day office support.
  • Experience working in a similar position within regulated industries such as healthcare sector is preferred although not essential.
  • Reporting to the Senior Business Coordinator in our head office, you'll provide generalist, professional and confidential administrative support to the Head of Facilities, supporting our homes across the UK , ensuring all Health & Safety regulations are followed and in place, including the support of audit completion.
  • Supporting with Director of Operations and Regional Operations Managers
  • Liaise with the wider business teams and external suppliers to ensure the smooth and accurate running of business processes.
  • Experience and extensive knowledge of Microsoft packages including word and Excel
  • Understand and demonstrate empathy and possess a desire to make a difference to the lives of our residents
