The role will encompass the defining the strategic approach and writing of briefs for large-scale campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring the strategy, media and creative response delivers against our objectives. Working with multiple stakeholders across the business you will be responsible for understanding products and category strategies, and then developing relevant content, mapped out against the consumer mindset for the wider marketing team to utilise.

You will manage the day-to-day workload with our agency partner, ensuring it is delivered on time, to the brief and in budget, whilst making sure creative is on brand and delivering key messaging.

Working closely with the marketing manager you'll manage all aspects of campaign planning across the year, working on multiple work streams to deliver the annual plan plus ad hoc projects as required.

Your New Role:

  • Insight analysis and brief writing
  • Coordination of multiple campaigns and timelines
  • Stakeholder Communications
  • Project Management
  • Creation and delivery of key presentations to multiple stakeholders
  • Post campaign analysis
  • Developing close relationships within the Marketing and wider MarComms function to ensure an aligned approach across campaigns
  • Developing close relationships with Buying teams and key areas such as CR
  • Making proactive recommendations for campaigns
  • Managing delivery of our agency partners
  • Deal with day to day activities that arrive in the marketing department.
  • Strong understanding of the business KPIs and objectives

About You:

  • Good understanding and experience of managing, delivering, and reporting of marketing campaigns
  • Experience in brief writing and data / insight analysis
  • Customer focused/passionate about learning about the customer
  • A demonstrable record of managing delivery from agencies
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Experience managing a team
  • Highly organised
  • A natural skill for attention to detail
  • Interest in creativity and innovation
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills.
  • Must be detail orientated, deadline driven and able to multi-task.
  • Clear communicator
  • Ability to work independently and part of a wider, growing team
  • Proficient in Microsoft
