Join our client's dynamic team and embark on an exciting temporary assignment as a Customer Service Administrator. In this role, you will support the organisation's customers by assisting with processing orders, payments, and queries.
This is an amazing opportunity to contribute to a thriving organisation and gain valuable experience in customer service and administration. This is a lovely opportunity where you will provide a warm and friendly service, as well as deliver administrative support to the wider business. This is not a scripted or contact centre role. You will receive comprehensive training and a thorough handover to ensure you are well-equipped for success.

?? Contract Length: Ongoing, depending on business needs
? Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 10 am - 4 pm (with an hour lunch break), 25 hours per week!
?? Hourly Rate: £12.00 per hour paid on a weekly basis through Office Angels
?? Location: Gateshead, with free on-site parking and extremely close to Gateshead interchange!
