We are recruiting for an experienced Logistics Coordinator, Warehouse Administrator, Stock or Inventory Controller, Parts Administrator or similarly skilled candidate to join a well know company in the Prestwick area.
This is a Logistics Coordinator role, working on site at our clients customer location, therefore excellent communication skills are essential too.
This Logistics Coordinator job duties include:
- Managing stock and inventory levels through stock counts and use of internal computer systems
- Meeting and communicating with the customer and team members to ensure good stock levels
- Receive goods in and place stock in allocated areas
- Deal with internal and external queries in person, on the phone and over email and video call
- Working between the office and the warehouse to ensure stock and inventory management meets the customers' expectations
Skills & experience required:
- Experience in a similar role such as logistics, distribution, warehouse or stock administration
- Willing to work in the warehouse manually with stock
- Excellent computer skills such as inventory management systems, Microsoft Excel and Outlook email
- Great communication skills, ideally demonstrated in a customer facing role
- Resourceful with the ability to work independently

This is a full time permanent position based on site in Prestwick near Glasgow. The salary on offer is between £23,000 to £27,000 depending on experience. It's a 37.5 hour week working regular daytimes Monday to Friday.
