Contract Type: Permanent
Location: Gloucester
Salary: £24,100, rising to £25,600 within 18 months
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9-5

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assess Claims: Review claim details, assess damages, and ensure compliance with policy terms.
  • Spot Fraud: Identify any signs of fraud.

  • Communicate Clearly: Provide consistent updates to both customers and colleagues.
  • Handle Caseload: Manage claims efficiently, keeping accurate records and documentation.

  • Stay Professional: Treat customers fairly and professionally at all times.
