Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance on technical equipment.

  • Maintain detailed records of service activities and repairs.

  • Assist in the installation and setup of new equipment.
  • Conduct performance tests to ensure equipment is functioning properly.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Prepare and submit service reports and documentation.
  • Manage inventory of spare parts and tools.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Respond to emergency service requests in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with other departments to resolve complex issues.
  • Provide feedback to product development teams based on client experiences.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Service Engineer or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical/electronic systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel overseas to client sites as needed.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
