- Transform How They Work: Guide clients through overhauling their real estate digital functions. Focus on making their operations smoother and more effective, with better governance, control, and organisational design.
- Tech Advice Made Easy: Give straightforward, unbiased advice on which systems and technologies to adopt. Help clients pick the right tools to fit their needs and improve their operations.
- Lead and Grow Your Team: Provide effective project delivery with your team, whilst building a strong, supportive and collaborative team culture.
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Proven track record in delivering complex programs and projects.
- Strong relationship-building skills with a knack for developing new client partnerships.
- Experience in sales within advisory services, with a focus on governance, control, and IT implementation.
- Professional services background, ideally with deep industry experience in real estate or infrastructure.
- Ability to balance delivery and business development, with a strategic mindset for growing client engagements.
