Key Account Manager - IT Solutions

Job Summary:

Your role will be to boost revenue by identifying, assessing, and closing sales opportunities for our range of IT products. You will maintain relationships with current clients and learn about their particular requirements, so that you can keep their business and also find new revenue possibilities by showcasing the advantages of the complete portfolio of services and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Consultative Selling:

  • Talk to clients in detail to find out what their business goals, problems, and expectations are.
  • Use your technical skills and experience to suggest customised IT solutions that solve clients' issues and provide optimal value.
  • Show product examples and plans to explain the advantages and returns of our solutions.

2.Relationship Management:

  • Build solid relationships with key influencers and stakeholders within client organisations.
  • Serve as a reliable advisor to clients, offering ongoing assistance and direction to ensure their happiness and achievement.
  • Work with internal teams, including technical experts, to ensure smooth delivery and execution of solutions.

3. Sales Strategy and Planning:

  • Create and implement effective sales plans to reach target markets and sectors.
  • Keep up to date with market developments, competitive dynamics, and new technologies to inform sales approaches and messaging.
  • Evaluate sales data and performance indicators to monitor progress and find opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Experienced in selling or managing accounts for IT solutions.
  • Well-versed in Microsoft products and services.
  • Great at communicating, presenting, and negotiating.
  • Can work alone or with a team in a dynamic environment.
  • IT certifications are an advantage.
