Customer service Administrator

Job Description and Responsibilities:

  • First point of contact for answering the phones and directing incoming queries to the relevant managers/departments
  • Raising jobs on the system from information provided by clients through works orders
  • Complete and send updates for clients for all completed works promptly and ensure that photos are included
  • Varying and completing jobs on clients' systems and portals
  • Respond to client emails with any queries, promptly
  • Logistical planning and support to field-based team
  • Processing and responding to general office email enquiries / portal orders
  • Liaising with clients, colleagues & staff in other departments

Candidate requirements:

  • Presentable and professional appearance
  • 20 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays
  • Annual leave is increased after 3 years continuous service at a rate of 1 day per year, up to a maximum of 5 extra days
