Property Administrator (Entry level) - SE London - £28-30k
We're working with a successful Residential and Commercial Property Management firm based close to Waterloo in SE London.
With a growing team and client base, they now seek an organised Administrator / PA as follows:
- Working Mon-Fri 9am to 5.30pm
- Undertaking administrative duties relating to the business, it's staff and the various sites it manages on behalf of clients
- Good general computer skills, organisation and multi-tasking essential, as is the ability to work as part of a team, attention to detail and a good sense of humour (the office is diverse, supportive and very social, so you'll be made to feel welcome and enjoy a very positive working environment)
- A genuine interest in Property is important, as the position can lead to a long term career in the sector if you'd like to progress (equally our client is happy for the successful Administrator to remain in a support role if that is their preference)
- You will work providing administrative support across HR, Health & Safety and Property Management, organising rotas, processing expenses, updating the in-house system, ordering uniforms, dealing with supplier/contractor enquiries and answering/directing phone calls as appropriate

Salary for the successful Administrator will start around £28-30k with reviews and uplifts based on tenure and progression.
