Interim Capital Support Accountant Immedaitely Required
Our client, a well-respected public sector body in Somerset, is looking for a Capital Support Accountant to come on board on a temporary basis for an initial 6-month contract.
Location: Somerset (Hybrid Remote)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday-Friday)
Length of Contract: 6 Months +
Hourly Rate: £16.25 -£18.17 via Umbrella(DOE)

Day to Day Duties:
- Work with capital scheme managers in order to efficiently monitor the various capital schemes and the status of each scheme throughout both the financial year and the life of the capital scheme
- Establish a good working relationship with capital managers and asset holders, holding monthly or periodic meetings as required, to ensure effective feedback and service
- Provide information and advice to both finance and non-finance colleagues in line with SFIs and financial policies and procedures
- Communicate to stakeholders the expected impact on other project work such as disposals and business reorganisations
Essential Skills:
- Intermediate MS Office skills (Excel)
- AAT Qualified
- Understanding of Capital Accounting processes
Desirable skills:
- NHS Experience
