to join their team.
As
Key Account Manager
, you will be accountable for maintaining relationships with Key Accounts by building a comprehensive understanding of needs of the customer to enhance growth and revenue opportunities. Responsibilities of the Key Account Manager:
- Managing key account enquiries within agreed SLA's
- Providing quotations for key accounts within agreed timescales
- Liaising with external sales team to support with customer meetings
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure a smooth service for key accounts
- Working on key projects as required by the Sales Manager
- Preparing documentation for export shipments
- Working with subcontractors and freight forwarders to ensure a seamless service
- Administration duties as required
Skills Required:
- Account management experience
- A background within Engineering or Manufacturing (desirable)
- Team player
- Relationship management experience
- Keen eye for detail
