This Finance Business Partner role is pivotal to the business, you will be responsible for driving financial performance and supporting key business decisions through accurate reporting and insightful analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Management Reporting: Provide accurate and timely management reporting for each budget holder, ensuring they have the necessary financial data to support key business decisions.
- Management Accounts Analysis: Prepare and analyse management accounts to evaluate the profitability of each business unit, identifying areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
- Financial Analysis and Advice: Analyse management information to identify trends and offer sound financial advice, guiding the business towards informed decisions and strategic growth.
- Finance Projects: Work closely with the wider finance team to assist with various finance projects, contributing to the overall financial strategy and operational efficiency of the organisation.
- Communication with Non-Finance Teams: Build strong communication across the business, ensuring that non-finance stakeholders are well-informed and understand the financial implications of their decisions.
