- 3 hours a day (13:00 to 16:00)
- Making tea / coffee / hot drinks for staff on the ground floor
- Clearing the board room after lunch and setting up for meetings
- Taking drinks orders / serving drinks in meetings when necessary
- Keeping on track with meetings that are taking place
