HR Administrator
Location: Harlow
Pay Rate: £13.00 - £14.00 per hour
Contract Details: Temporary, Full Time until March 2025 (Maternity Cover)
Hours: 8am - 4pm, Monday - Friday (37 hours per week)
Responsibilities:
Our client, a reputable school in Harlow, is seeking a motivated HR Administrator to join their team. If you are enthusiastic about supporting staff well-being and ensuring smooth absence management, this role is perfect for you!
- Manage day-to-day HR administrative tasks
- Process and maintain accurate HR records
- Assist with absence management and support staff well-being initiatives
- Coordinate recruitment and onboarding activities
- Provide administrative support for HR policies and procedures
- Support the HR team with ad-hoc projects
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in using HRIS and MS Office Suite
