Are you a Workshop Manager or equivalent? Do you want to play a pivotal role in company proceedings, whilst utilising your expertise to guide the development of engineers within your team?
This is the opportunity to manage and grow your own team of Service Engineers. You will receive training at every step of your career, which will unlock doors to further progress into senior management.
The company are a highly renowned, multi-million pound business who specialise in many niche sectors, such as lifting equipment, plant and various other heavy mechanical sectors.
You will be responsible for ensuring operations in the workshop run smoothly, whilst leading by example to ensure high standards of performance within your team.
This role would suit an Workshop Manger or equivalent from a Heavy Mechanical background, looking to manage and develop their department to consistently drive company success.
