Position Overview:
As an EPOS Support Engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of EPOS systems for our client's business. You will provide top-notch technical support, manage service requests, and collaborate with various stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for EPOS systems, including installation, configuration, and maintenance.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to EPOS systems.
  • Manage and resolve incidents and service requests using ServiceNow.
  • Administer and support Active Directory, including user account management and access permissions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of support processes and procedures.
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users to optimize the use of EPOS systems.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in EPOS technology.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an EPOS Support Engineer or similar role.
  • Strong technical knowledge of EPOS systems and related hardware.
  • Proficiency in using ServiceNow for incident management and service requests.
  • Experience with Active Directory administration and support.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus.
