Customer Service Administrator

Are you great at building relationships and ensuring exceptional customer service? Are you organised with a keen eye for detail? This could be your perfect opportunity to join a leading financial services company, based at their stunning, lakeside offices in Milton Keynes. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract, paying up to £24,000.

As a Customer Service Administrator, you'll be a primary point of contact, handling customers' inquiries and supporting them with their pension schemes ensuring all transactions are completed seamlessly and efficiently.

Knowledge & Skills

You'll be a great fit if you have a strong administration/customer service background and even more so, if you also have a good finance skill set, as well as:

  • Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner
  • Good organisational abilities and attention to detail
  • Competent with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
  • Any Finance, Pensions or Payroll experience would be an advantage

Hours

Shifts of 8-4 /9-5 and 10-6 are available
