Job Title: Temporary Delivery Support Assistant

Duration: Temporary, Ongoing Weekly Basis
Working Hours: Mondays, 8:00am - 12:00pm
Overview:
Our client is seeking a reliable and proactive Temporary Delivery Support Assistant to provide support with office deliveries every Monday morning. This is a hands-on role suited for someone who enjoys physical tasks and has a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and unpack office deliveries upon arrival
- Distribute packages and supplies to designated areas or individuals
- Assist with logging deliveries and notifying recipients
- Maintain a tidy and organized delivery/storage area
- Liaise with delivery drivers and internal staff as required
Requirements:
- Punctual and dependable, with availability every Monday morning
- Physically able to lift and carry items as part of the role
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not essential
