The Role:

As a Sales Director, the brand is seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to lead our sales team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in developing and implementing a data-driven sales strategy that aligns with the brand's business objectives. As a key leader, you will be responsible for growing their sales team, optimising sales processes, and ensuring that they achieve their revenue targets. As a Sales Director, you will work closely with various departments to create effective sales strategies and foster collaboration across the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, and mentor new sales team members to build a high-performing sales team.
  • Develop and enhance sales training materials and onboarding processes to streamline team integration.
  • Create and implement sales improvement frameworks and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Maintain a comprehensive sales dashboard to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and collaborate with marketing to automate data reporting.
  • Participate in regular management meetings to align on company strategy and performance goals.
  • Lead the sales team to meet and exceed agreed-upon targets and commitments.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Growth teams to ensure alignment in messaging and strategy.
  • Address challenges effectively, providing practical solutions to drive team success.
  • Foster a positive team culture focused on growth, unity, and achievement.
  • Managing and holding other individuals accountable
  • Sales process optimization (call-close)
  • Quality Control
  • Understanding and advising (from a sales perspective) on funnel and marketing improvements

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience managing a high-performing sales team.
  • Proven track record of scaling sales teams from a small to a large number of representatives.
  • Experience in building and managing sales development representative (SDR) teams.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to implement automated sales processes.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with experience in motivating top performers.
  • Ability to thrive in conditions of uncertainty and adapt to changing environments.
  • Experience in developing team members' skills, mindset, and leadership abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to improve conversion rates from lead to sale.
  • Expertise in generating leads through earned, owned, and paid media strategies.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.

Salary: £60,000 - £120,000 per year basic, with OTE potential of £150k - £200k year 1, £200k - £250k year 2.

Location: Fully Remote - United Kingdom. This position is fully remote, with hybrid options available for candidates based near London.
