KS2 Teacher Opportunity - January 2025 Start in Farnborough Area

Holden Knight Education is working with a well-regarded primary school in the Farnborough area seeking a dedicated KS2 Teacher to join their team in January 2025. This is a wonderful opportunity to join a supportive and collaborative school environment, where you will have the chance to inspire and motivate students in Key Stage 2.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver creative and engaging lessons aligned with the KS2 curriculum.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and learning.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and adapting lessons to meet diverse learning needs.
  • Utilize differentiated teaching strategies to ensure all students are supported and challenged.
  • Establish strong relationships with parents and guardians, offering regular updates on student progress and addressing any concerns.
  • Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to share resources, plan cross-curricular activities, and support school-wide initiatives.
  • Participate actively in school and professional development programs to continually enhance teaching skills and stay current with educational best practices.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a degree in Education or a related field.
  • Experience teaching KS2, with a solid understanding of the KS2 curriculum.
  • Strong classroom management, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Passion for fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
  • A flexible and collaborative approach, with enthusiasm for engaging students in learning.
