Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 (negotiable depending on experience)
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm (office based)

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, an SME family run business, based in Keston. As a Customer Account Manager, you will play a vital role in maintaining and growing sales and gross profit within a set group of customers. You will ensure customer loyalty through exceptional service and strong relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the onboarding of new customers won by the Business Development team.
- Take ownership of new customers as their internal point of contact.
- Manage existing customer accounts, focusing on increasing sales and gross profit.
- Serve as the main internal contact for selected customer accounts, handling inquiries, orders, and complaints.
- Ensure accurate forecasting and product availability.
- Liaise with external account managers to provide comprehensive support to customers.
Requirements

- Confident communicator across phone, email, and meetings.

- Previous experience in the foodservice market or packaging industry desirable.
- Proficiency with CRM systems.
- Competent user of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
