My client based in Worcester is looking to recruit an Internal Communication Executive on a Permanent basis. This is a Hybrid role that will allow you to wok from home 2 days a week and spend 3 days in the office.
The main requirement of the role is to support the Internal Communication Manager to support Employer Engagement throughout the company.
The main responsibilities of the role include
- Champion internal communication strategies across the business
- Coordinate information sharing for all relevant stakeholders
- Support Employer Engagement by sharing information, producing event reports and celebrations
- Support Intranet team by ensuring data is up-to-date and engaging
- Assist in the production of the company newsletter
- stay up-to-date with internal events
- Assist with internal marketing
As a suitable candidate you will offer the following
- a degree in Journalism, media, communications or a relevant filed is essential
- Experience in a similar role
- experience with multi medium communication tools
- experience of producing creative and engaging internal marketing material
- experience of working with a company intranet
- Good creative and design skills using Adobe Creative Suite and MS 365
The salary on offer is up to £28,000
