Duties & responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times to encourage commendations and recommendations.
- Attend valuations and negotiate prices with landlords to achieve a larger property portfolio
- Market appraisals
- Negotiating offers to the point of sale and exchange
- Managing clients, keeping them updated at all times
- Registering applicants and identifying opportunities
- Identifying opportunities to grow the business
- Estimating market value of properties
- Conducting detailed property and site inspections
Key Skills and requirements:
- 2 years worth of experience in sales
- Proud of providing an excellent service
- Thrives in a busy environment
- A desire to grow as an individual
- Due to the job role a Full UK driving licence will be needed
Hours - Monday - Friday 8.30am - 6.00pm (Saturdays on a rota basis)
Pay - £23,000 - £25,000 (OTE £40,000) + Commission
Location - Newbury
Terms - Permanent
