Search Recruitment Group is seeing a Managing Consultant to join our Transactional Finance team in Leeds, to work alongside our director over with over 18 years of market experience.
As a Managing Consultant, you will need to be enthusiastic and have proven experience in running and managing a 360 desk. Your responsibilities will include taking a leadership role, finding new business opportunities, registering candidates, and overseeing the entire recruitment process.
Additionally, you can expect to support other team members through regular coaching and development, conduct weekly reviews to keep the team on track, and provide support to help them succeed in their roles at Search.
The transactional finance market is currently booming, and you can expect to make an impact and start generating revenue from day one of joining the team!

Who are we looking for?
- Proven experience of working in recruitment and working towards KPI/Financial targets.
- The ability to develop new business through B2B outbound calling.
- A desire to coach and manage a team.
- Confident with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Highly articulate with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Competitive, driven, and ambitious - always looking to win and succeed!
- Motivated within a busy environment.
