Job Title: Business Controller
Location: Bank, City Of London
Hourly Rate: £20 to £23
Contract Details: Temporary contract, 3 months
Working Pattern: Full Time 9am-5pm (Hybrid Working )

Our client, a leading company in Bank, is seeking a skilled Business Controller to join their dynamic team on a temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to enhance your finance skills and gain exposure in a reputable organisation.
Responsibilities:
- Complete the month-end financial closing process to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
- Prepare and analyse financial reports in compliance with IFRS4 and IFRS17 standards
- Document the processes followed during the month-end closing, ensuring transparency and efficiency
- Assist in long-term financial planning and budgeting, providing valuable insights and analysis
- Collaborate with administrative teams to ensure data quality and accuracy
- Lead financial reporting controls and work closely with finance teams to manage account receivables
Skills:
- Experience within a in a finance control role, such as a finance analyst or business analyst in a finance team
- Proactive and highly organised, with the ability to meet strict deadlines
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Advanced Excel skills, including Macros and Pivot Table experience
- Experience with Hyperion, Oracle, and Power BI would be highly desirable
