My client is a leading E-commerce business, working with some of the best know brand across the UK and globally. They are searching for a Project Manager to join their team.
As Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering e2e projects with both external clients and internal stakeholders.
This is a permanent role, is based out of Ripon with hybrid working (3 days onsite a week)
Description
- Create and manage project plans, ensuring that projects are completed on time and everyone involved is kept informed throughout the process.
- Monitor progress to meet deadlines and ensure that standards are met.
- Oversee technical tasks within larger projects managed by others.
- Work with stakeholders to define and approve business and customer requirements for new developments.
- Coordinate and conduct user testing to make sure the developments meet the documented requirements.
- Act as the product owner, prioritizing and delivering platform developments within the expected timelines.
- Configure systems to support new features and products.
- Keep all project-related documentation up to date.
- Help identify and resolve any system issues that arise.
- Apply risk management to all projects to reduce potential impacts.
- Ensure effective communication with all stakeholders, including clear updates on system changes and project progress.
- Develop and maintain close working relationships with key people in the business, external development teams, and customers.
Profile
- Over 2 years of Project Management experience.
- Skilled in gathering requirements and coordinating/testing.
- Strong at analyzing and solving problems.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong IT skills and interest in tech delivery.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Excellent communicator, comfortable leading meetings.
- Positive attitude.
- Eager and willing to learn.
Job Offer
- Salary range of £35,000 to £45,000 depending on experience
- Hybrid working
